    Joe, this is the same person that I had to e-mail 4 separate times
explaining how to submit a subscription request from the website... THEN
had to e-mail her username and password to for the Bulletin Board
because she 'forgot them'.  The same Bulletin Board that offers password
retrieval, and her username was, shock of all shocks, the same as her
e-mail address, and retrievable simply by clicking on "Members" and
looking for the one that seemed familiar.  All within a period of a
week.
    Topper now... she mailed the list yesterday asking how to get the
Rockline interview... so I sent the links.  Think she paid attention to
the reply?  Nope... she mails again today asking the same thing.
    Notice a pattern?

    By the way, to everyone who has never experienced this side of me...
if you don't like what you see, either hit delete, or start reading for
content and don't send stupid posts to the list that have already been
answered within 24 hours, or can easily be found with a little
intelligence (this is the Internet... world at your fingertips... loose
AOL and start thinking for yourself... not everything is built on
'keywords'.)
